Free shipping on every order, across India. Here are the details.

Where we ship

All across India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. No handling, packaging or fuel surcharges are added at checkout.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on orders up to ₹5,000, at no extra charge. Orders above ₹5,000 need to be prepaid. COD availability depends on your pincode and is confirmed at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days of confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST are processed the next business day.

These are estimates based on our courier partners' timelines, not guarantees.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to go live after dispatch.

If delivery fails

Our couriers make up to three attempts. If all three fail or the package is refused, it comes back to us — prepaid orders are refunded in full once it reaches us.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address and phone number before ordering. If a package can't be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you and re-dispatch once, free.

Delays we can't control

Weather, strikes, regulatory action and courier disruptions happen. We're not liable for delays caused by them, but we will keep you informed and help you chase the shipment.

Damaged packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, refuse delivery if you can, or photograph it before opening and write to us within 48 hours. See Returns & Exchanges.
